Those who will choose Map Holiday for their stay in Trapani can opt for the hotel formula or in case take advantage of the characteristics of the apartments for a more independent holiday. Our prices vary depending on the seasonality ,the type of apartment chosen, the length of stay and on confirmation mode (standard or non-refundable). Our guests can ask for a "basic" service or add their stay with a breakfast treatment, daily room service, bike rentals, beach towels and much more. In all these cases, to those who book directly through our website, the lowest price is always guaranteed.

Periods with a minimum stay
- Festivity and holidays: 2 nights
- High season: 2 notti
- Very high season: 5 notti
NON-REFUNDABLE rates (subject to limitations, applied at the discretion of the management)
- NON REFUNDABLE POLICY: for the confirmation , the payment of the entire amount is foreseen when you book (by bank transfer or credit card), in case of cancellation and / or no arrival there is no refund
- Discounts and reductions for families with children
- Children under 3 years have free accommodation (sleeping in bed with parents)
- Children between the ages of 3 and 10: pay 10.00 € per day

Conditions and payment policy
General conditions
- check-in: from 2.00 pm;
- check-out: before 10.00 am;
- in some periods there are limitations in the number of nights of stay (Minimun Stay);
- in the highest season we accept bookings of at least 5 nights;
- during the Easter period (from Good Friday to Easter Monday), the Christmas period and other holidays ,the management reserves the right to change the list prices. High season rates apply during Easter.
- Tourist stay tax, Validity: all year long except from 10/01 to 20/03 and from 01/11 to 20/12, daily amount per person (except children) from 1 to 3 euros per day, for a maximum of 5 nights; (for more info consult the website of the Municipality of Trapani).
Policies, payments and cancellation terms
- Confirmation of reservations: it is necessary, alternatively: a) to make the payment of an advance payment equal to 30% of the total amount by bank transfer b) send the data of your credit card that will be used to guarantee the reservation (the direction reserves the right to make a pre-authorization to verify the validity of the data provided)
- Last minute reservations (made within 2-3 days of the arrival date): to confirm the reservation, simply send an email containing your identification data
- Cancellations without any penalties: in low and mid season it is possible to cancel for free within 48 hours of the arrival day (any advance payment will be refunded). In the very high season, the free cancellation terms are 10 days
- Cancellations with penalty: will be withheld the amount paid or made a withdrawal through the credit card details provided previously (50% of the total for stays from 3 nights to go up, 100% of the total for stays of 1/2 nights)
- Non-refundable rates: the confirmation of bookings made through this tariff plan provides for the payment of the full amount at the time of confirmation (by sending the data of your credit card or by full payment amount by bank transfer). The amounts withdrawn or paid will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
- Payment in the structure: we accept cash or by credit card (all major circuits).
